How does the free trial work?
Download HostMonitor Pro at no cost and start a 14-day trial from the license window the first time it opens. The whole feature set is available during the trial. When you're ready to keep using it, buy a license here and paste the key emailed to you.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment per license. You own the version you buy and get free updates for the lifetime of the product.
How does activation work?
After checkout, Paddle sends a license key to your email. HostMonitor Pro shows its license window when it starts; paste the key there and activate. You can reopen it any time from About → Manage License. No account needed.
How many devices can I use one license on?
A single license activates HostMonitor Pro on a limited number of devices you personally own. Need more? Buy additional licenses or contact us about volume pricing.
How is this different from the Mac App Store version?
The App Store edition is the same application without the license gate — Apple handles the purchase, so there is no key to enter and nothing to activate. The build sold here is signed and notarized for direct download, and is the one a license key applies to. Buy whichever suits you; you do not need both.
Does one license cover macOS and Windows?
A license is issued for HostMonitor Pro and is not tied to an operating system, so the same key activates the macOS and Windows builds within your activation limit.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle supports major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and several local payment methods depending on your region.
Can I get a refund?
